Everything to know before you board the Travel With V.
When does my selected seat become unavailable to others?
After your booking is successfully submitted and the system sends your PENDING VERIFICATION email, your selected seat is placed on hold immediately. Pending and confirmed seats are both blocked from new bookings. If a booking is later cancelled or rejected by the team, the seat can be released again.
Can I book March 13, 14 and 16 in one reservation?
Yes. Select any combination of the three shuttle dates in Step 1. You will choose a pick-up point and seat assignment for each selected date, while passenger details and payment are submitted only once. The total is ₱950 × number of passengers × number of selected dates.
Does PENDING VERIFICATION mean my booking is already final?
Not yet. It means your form was received and your seat is being held while FansOnBoard PH verifies your payment and booking details. You will receive the final confirmation after review.
Is the ₱950 fare refundable?
No. Paid shuttle bookings follow the project’s non-refundable policy. If you cannot attend, a slot transfer may be coordinated subject to the stated deadline and passenger-detail requirements.
What happens if I am late?
The bus follows the announced departure schedule. Passengers should arrive ahead of the call time because a missed outbound departure is not refundable.
Can minors ride the shuttle?
Yes, subject to the project’s minor requirements. A minor-specific waiver / guardian acknowledgement may be required, and minors should follow the accompaniment rules communicated by the team.
Do I need a concert ticket to book the shuttle?
The shuttle booking covers transportation only. It does not include or provide a concert ticket.
Where will final bus updates be posted?
Important call times, bus details and operational announcements will be shared through the official project communication channel, including Telegram for confirmed passengers.
Where do I pay my second installment?
Use the Pay Balance page on this website. Enter your booking reference and booking email to retrieve your remaining balance, then submit your GCash, Maya, or bank-transfer payment proof. You do not need to make another reservation.
